We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as the Senior Vice President of Institutional Advancement and Strategic Partnerships at St. Catherine University. This key leadership position will be responsible for driving the university's advancement and community engagement efforts, fostering strategic partnerships, and leading a team of professionals to achieve these goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive advancement strategies to enhance the university's reputation, build relationships with key stakeholders, and secure funding for academic programs and initiatives.
  • Lead a team of professionals in the advancement division, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the successful execution of advancement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with alumni, corporate partners, foundations, and other key stakeholders to advance the university's mission and goals.
  • Collaborate with the President, Cabinet, and other senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the university's mission and vision.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports to ensure the effective use of resources and achieve advancement goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in advancement, philanthropy, and community engagement, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in the role.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, non-profit management, or higher education administration.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in advancement, philanthropy, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in securing funding and building strategic partnerships.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.
