A Day in the Life:

  • Develop business relationships and opportunities with key clients to strengthen connections with Blue Cross.
  • Oversee and implement identified opportunities.

Required Skills and Experiences:

  • Experience at the director level necessitates signing an employment agreement.
  • Expertise in financial analysis and business case formulation.
  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in a matrix organizational structure.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for learning, process enhancement, and relationship cultivation.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in a collaborative setting.
  • Advanced analytical skills.
