Role Overview:

Client Engagement:
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of client needs through proactive delivery of integrated advice and tailored solutions aimed at fulfilling specific financial planning objectives.
Team Coordination:
Collaborate with a cohesive team of subject matter experts to design and implement innovative solutions for clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies, setting sales targets, and achieving sales results within your designated region.
Networking and Business Development:
Build and enhance internal and external networks to generate referrals and grow business within your assigned portfolio. Work closely with other professionals, such as attorneys and accountants, to create a comprehensive business development plan.
Relationship Management:
Act as the primary Relationship Manager for your assigned clients, leading the creation of business proposals and presentations, including relationship plans and financial reviews.
Client Reviews:
Conduct Annual Client Reviews with team members to assess evolving needs, improve communication, and enhance the overall client experience.
Performance Monitoring:
Produce client reports that illustrate the value delivered and identify clients at risk of attrition. Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on thorough business insights.
Regulatory Expertise:
Serve as a subject matter expert on relevant regulations and policies, while proactively identifying client needs and facilitating resolutions to any issues that arise.
Strategic Execution:
Manage resources effectively and lead the execution of strategic initiatives to achieve business and financial objectives. Develop a roadmap for strategic execution and conduct independent analyses to address strategic challenges.
Change Management:
Design and implement change management plans of varying scope, leading various activities including readiness assessments, stakeholder management, and evaluation of initiatives.
Qualifications:
Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience along with a post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An MBA and Certified Financial Planner designation are preferred. Candidates should possess a broad knowledge of wealth management and in-depth expertise in Bank products and services.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $167,000, with variations based on location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications. The total compensation package may include performance-based incentives and other benefits.
