Role Overview:
As a Wealth Management Consultant, you will provide advisory-driven sales and relationship management to cultivate, maintain, and expand a portfolio of prospective and existing client relationships, ensuring an outstanding client experience.

Client Engagement:
Exhibit a deep understanding and commitment to client needs through the proactive delivery of comprehensive advice and tailored solutions that address specific financial planning requirements.

Team Coordination:
Collaborate with a cohesive team of subject matter experts to design and implement innovative solutions for clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing a business development strategy, including sales targets and outcomes for your designated region.

Networking and Business Development:
Enhance market presence by building internal and external networks and referral sources to drive business growth within your assigned portfolio. Collaborate with other professionals, such as attorneys and accountants, to create a comprehensive business development strategy.

Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary Relationship Manager for assigned clients, leading the creation of business proposals and presentations, including relationship plans and financial reviews.

Client Reviews:
Conduct Annual Client Reviews with team members to assess evolving needs, enhance communication, and elevate the client experience. Generate client reports that illustrate the value delivered and identify clients at risk of attrition.

Strategic Recommendations:
Provide insights to senior leadership on strategy and new initiatives, drawing from a thorough understanding of the business and its objectives. Act as a subject matter expert on relevant regulations and policies.

Proactive Problem Solving:
Identify client needs and concerns proactively, facilitating the resolution of issues. Introduce subject matter experts to clients and share expertise in wealth solutions and product knowledge across the regional team.

Resource Management:
Manage resources effectively and lead the execution of strategic initiatives to achieve business and financial objectives. Recommend business priorities, advise on resource needs, and develop a roadmap for strategic execution.

Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and track performance, addressing any issues that arise. Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

Change Management:
Develop change management plans of varying scope and lead or participate in various change management activities, including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation, and sustainability of initiatives.

Communication Strategy:
Define a communication plan aimed at positively influencing behavior; create tailored messaging and identify suitable distribution channels.

Operational Excellence:
Lead the execution of operational programs, adapting as necessary to ensure quality outcomes. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of tools and training essential for achieving business results.

Qualifications:
Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An MBA certification is preferred, along with experience working with high-net-worth clients and a comprehensive knowledge base in wealth management.

Possess in-depth knowledge of Bank products, services, and capabilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.

The compensation package includes a competitive salary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications. Additional benefits may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and retirement savings plans.
