Key Responsibilities:
  • Forge and nurture corporate alliances within the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) sector.
  • Oversee a team of Business Development Managers to enhance local EPC connections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate Industrial projects.
  • Negotiate favorable Terms & Conditions in partnership with Legal and Finance departments.
  • Align EPCs with essential end users and fabricators involved in significant projects.
  • Work in tandem with Distribution and Fulfillment channels to ensure project success.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience within the EPC sector.
  • Proven leadership and management capabilities are essential.
  • Experience with Profit & Loss management is advantageous.
  • Ability to lead effectively within a matrix organization.
Ferguson Enterprises provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, and more. Compensation Range: $9 - $17,467.50 monthly or hourly.
