Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to drive growth and expansion of our business.
  • Growth Initiatives and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Business and Tactical Planning: Develop and execute business plans and tactical initiatives to support key business objectives.
  • Assessment and Analysis: Provide data-driven insights and analysis to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including physicians, to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives.
  • Physician Strategy, Development, and Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement strategies to recruit and retain top talent, including physicians and advanced practice clinicians.
  • Partnerships, Acquisitions, and Integration: Evaluate and recommend strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and integrations to drive growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in healthcare strategy, business development, or related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years management experience.
