Sales and Business Development Manager Opportunity:

ASE US Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and building strong relationships with key customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • 10-12 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the semiconductor or packaging industry
  • Strong understanding of IC assembly and test processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary range: $130,000 - $180,000 per year
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • 401(k) plan eligibility after 90-day introductory period
