Business Development and Sales Director

ASE US Inc is seeking an experienced Business Development and Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the semiconductor industry. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development and sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand customer base, and improve profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and managing high-performing sales teams. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development and sales strategies and identify new business opportunities. Additionally, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development and sales plans.

We offer a competitive salary range of $160,000 to $210,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as 401(k) plan eligibility after successfully completing your introductory period.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development and sales strategies.
  • Manage and motivate high-performing sales teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 10-12 years of business development and sales experience, with at least 5 years in the semiconductor industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
