About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at ASE US Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share with existing customers. You will work closely with the Account Team Leader to identify opportunities and develop solutions to meet our customers' needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account plans.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the semiconductor or packaging industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers.

Benefits and Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, prescription, flex plan, and life insurance, as well as eligibility for enrollment in our 401(k) Plan after successfully completing your 90-day introductory period.
