The Finance Manager for Global Operations is responsible for spearheading the development of regional portfolio performance insights, conducting scenario analyses, prioritizing initiatives, and providing recommendations for all ETS offerings worldwide.

This role collaborates closely with the Executive Director of Global Market Services (GMS) Subsidiaries to assist regional financial teams with budgeting, strategic planning, volume assessments, and financial reporting, while enhancing processes in conjunction with corporate directives and addressing various ad-hoc requests.

Regional Portfolio Analysis


In alignment with guidance from the Managing Director of Finance and Operations for GMS and the Executive Director of GMS, the Finance Manager will create comprehensive dashboards and analytical tools to evaluate the performance of each region. This includes comparative regional analyses covering financial and operational reporting, forecasting, budgeting, taxation, operations, and investments.


Collaboration with Strategic Business Unit (SBU) leadership and Regional Leads is essential to assess all products in terms of strategic alignment, market appeal, financial viability, and risk assessment, ensuring data integrity.


Engagement with the finance team is necessary to gather any additional data required for product analysis and to develop robust regional performance assessments and investment allocation recommendations across the portfolio.

Support for GMS Subsidiary Finance and Global Market Services team is crucial to ensure that recommendations are grounded in data and objectivity.

As needed, assist in the establishment or management of local subsidiaries, addressing HR, tax, legal, and other functional considerations.

Oversee the formulation and monitoring of subsidiary budgets and work orders that facilitate regional resource allocation and investments.


Develop a comprehensive executive dashboard that underpins a continuous governance process to evaluate regional performance on a monthly basis, including the scheduling and preparation for monthly update discussions.

Present regional outcomes to GMS leadership.

Create incremental measurement tools to assess the comparative performance of each region.

Uphold ethical standards and comply with applicable laws and regulations relevant to the role.

Possess strong management capabilities, including the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, identify issues, and mitigate/manage risks.

Demonstrate proficiency in data modeling and analysis.

Exhibit a solid understanding of finance and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in MS Office applications.

Ability to influence leadership decisions and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships.

Stay informed about current market trends and changes.

Demonstrate strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.


A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Finance, Product Management, or related areas, complemented by pertinent work experience.

A master’s degree is preferred.

7+ years of combined experience in finance, product management, business management, or consulting roles.

Proven ability to effectively influence senior management decisions.
