The Corporate Finance Manager is integral to the Global Mobility Solutions (GMS) Finance and Operations team, responsible for overseeing the financial operations of GMS at a corporate level. This role entails managing financial cycles from a business unit perspective, including three-year, annual, and quarterly plans/forecasts, while delivering high-level financial insights through reports and presentations for leadership. The position requires collaboration with various corporate units, particularly FP&A and other GMS teams, to define and report performance metrics that facilitate strategic decision-making. The role serves as the primary liaison between the GMS SBU and the ETS Finance Group, reporting directly to the Executive Director of GMS Corporate Finance.

  • Management of Planning and Forecasting Cycles: Collaborate with diverse teams to oversee strategy, budget, and forecast cycles, as well as monthly and ad-hoc requests and financial analyses, ensuring alignment and accountability throughout the organization.
  • Leadership Presentations and Board Reports: Communicate GMS business unit performance effectively at a high level, emphasizing key drivers across various products and regions.
  • Support for Decision-Making: Provide high-level financial insights and conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify critical issues or business trends, supporting informed decision-making across products and geographies.
  • Collaboration with Corporate Finance: Serve as the main point of contact for data, information, and deliverables between the SBU and the Corporate Finance team at ETS.
  • Investment Analysis and Monitoring: Offer analytical support to product teams and leadership regarding SBU investment requests and their ongoing tracking as needed.
  • Staff Management and Development: Manage and develop finance staff as necessary.
  • Initiative Development: Create, maintain, and oversee new initiatives that contribute to achieving business objectives.
  • Compliance: Uphold ethical standards and adhere to relevant laws and regulations applicable to the role.

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in accounting and finance with increasing responsibilities.
  • Critical proficiency in managerial reporting.
  • Strong analytical, management, and planning skills.
  • Expertise in MS Office.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible financial experience.
  • Prior experience in analyzing financial data for mid to large organizations and preparing management reports is required.
