POSITION SUMMARY

The Global Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist will devise comprehensive recruiting strategies with a focus on recruitment marketing and sourcing to support ETS's mission and business objectives. This role is pivotal in establishing ETS's recruitment brand and collaborating with HR leadership to define the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

This individual will work closely with the ETS Global Recruiting Team (located in various regions) to share leads and existing talent pipelines, while also partnering with the Early Career Recruiter to ensure cohesive social media messaging within the university recruitment strategy.

Furthermore, this role will engage with ETS hiring managers to ensure alignment and efficiency in recruiting cycles, collaborating with ETS marketing and communications to maintain consistency with enterprise branding and marketing initiatives. This position will support various departments, including Product Management, Operations, Marketing, IT, HR, and Finance, in meeting their talent acquisition needs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Stay informed on trends in the sourcing landscape to understand marketing and engagement dynamics and their implications for ETS's global hiring needs, crafting compelling communications for potential candidates.
  • Develop and implement the ETS Global Recruitment Marketing strategy and associated materials to enhance ETS's brand, raise awareness of opportunities, and attract passive candidates.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition (TA) to refine and promote ETS's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) for marketing, recruitment, and internal purposes.
  • Partner with ETS's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) team and the Early Career Recruiter to create a DE&I recruitment strategy that addresses areas of opportunity to enrich the diversity of talent in ETS's pipelines.
  • Utilize various media channels, particularly non-traditional ones, to identify potential candidates, engage them, and guide them into ETS's global recruiting pipeline, focusing on Job Boards (Traditional & AI), Social Media Campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), and Career Fairs (University, Military, Industry, etc.).
  • Employ data analytics and metrics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness, return on investment, and develop sourcing improvement plans to continually enhance ETS's active sourcing process.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to understand hiring requirements and create targeted sourcing strategies for technical talent in software, engineering, IT, and R&D.
  • Engage directly with promising candidates, maintaining consistent communication to foster their interest in ETS and encourage applications.
  • Provide insights, feedback, and trends to recruiting leaders and hiring managers.
  • Manage the Global Relocation & Mobility program, including its marketing and messaging.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and comply with applicable laws and regulations relevant to the role.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

  • Proficient in leveraging social media for candidate advertising and sourcing.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of recruiting metrics.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Talent Acquisition Software/Systems, and Marketing Software/System.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset and project management coordination skills.
  • High enthusiasm and engagement level.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing/communications/events within a recruiting agency or similar role on a Corporate Recruiting Team, or at least 7 years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • 1+ years of experience in candidate sourcing specifically within the technical recruiting domain.
  • 3 years of experience with a 4-year degree or 7 years without a degree.
