The Corporate Finance Manager plays a crucial role within the Global Mobility Solutions (GMS) Finance and Operations team, overseeing the financial management of GMS at a corporate level. This position entails managing financial cycles from a business unit perspective, including three-year, annual, and quarterly plans/forecasts, while delivering high-level financial insights through comprehensive reports and presentations for leadership. The role requires collaboration with various corporate units, particularly FP&A and other GMS teams, to define and report performance metrics that facilitate strategic decision-making, acting as the primary liaison between the GMS SBU and the ETS Finance Group. This position reports to the Executive Director of GMS Corporate Finance and may involve managing or overseeing staff, including US analysts and offshore support.

  • Management of Planning and Forecasting Cycles: Collaborate with diverse teams to oversee strategy, budgeting, and forecasting cycles, as well as monthly and ad-hoc financial analysis requests, ensuring alignment and accountability throughout the organization.
  • Leadership Presentations and Board Reports: Communicate GMS business unit performance effectively at a high level, highlighting key drivers across various products and regions.
  • Support for Decision-Making: Provide high-level financial insights and conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify significant issues or trends, supporting informed decision-making at the business unit level.
  • Collaboration with Corporate Finance: Serve as the primary contact for data and information exchange between the SBU and the Corporate Finance team at ETS.
  • Investment Analysis and Monitoring: Offer analytical support to product teams and leadership regarding SBU investment requests and ongoing tracking of such initiatives.
  • Staff Management and Development: Manage and develop finance staff as necessary.
  • Initiative Development: Create, maintain, and oversee new initiatives that contribute to achieving business objectives.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Uphold ethical standards and adhere to applicable laws and regulations relevant to your job function.

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in accounting and finance with increasing responsibilities.
  • Critical proficiency in managerial reporting.
  • Strong analytical, management, and planning skills.
  • Expertise in MS Office applications.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible financial experience.
  • Prior experience in analyzing financial data for mid to large-sized organizations and preparing management reports is essential.
