Key Job Responsibilities:
  1. Drive Sales Growth: Utilize innovative sales strategies to exceed sales targets and expand our customer base in Missouri.
  2. Lead a High-Performing Team: Develop and motivate a team of up to five members, ensuring seamless territory management and operational coordination.
  3. Secure Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders to optimize service delivery and customer accessibility.
  4. Manage Inventory Effectively: Oversee inventory management, ensuring that enrollment specialists have the necessary resources to succeed.
  5. Develop and Train Talent: Recruit, train, and develop talented individuals to excel in enrollment specialist roles.
  6. Maintain Compliance: Ensure adherence to FCC and USAC regulations, upholding our commitment to operational integrity.
  7. Implement Quality Control: Establish and maintain quality control measures to guarantee accurate and efficient enrollment processes.
  8. Evaluate Performance: Analyze and enhance the performance of enrollment specialists through regular feedback and coaching.
  9. Conduct Audits and Reporting: Perform thorough audits and manage detailed reporting to ensure transparency in enrollment outcomes.
  10. Cultivate a Collaborative Environment: Foster a positive and productive team culture.

Requirements:
