The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Higher Education CRM Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with CRM tools such as Slate, Klaviyo, Marketo, or similar platforms. They will be responsible for partnering with colleges and universities to enhance their CRM capabilities, improving student recruitment and operational workflows.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to understand their CRM needs and develop strategic plans to improve their student recruitment and retention efforts
  • Serve as the lead architect, engineer, and builder on CRM enhancement projects, guiding everything from concept to completion
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to coordinate project timelines and deliverables, ensuring seamless communication and on-time completion
  • Conduct thorough quality testing of all projects before final delivery to ensure flawless execution

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with CRM tools such as Slate, Klaviyo, Marketo, or similar platforms
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
