District Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled District Sales Manager to lead our team of Territory Managers in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on building relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities.
About the Role: As a District Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of Territory Managers and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their sales targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing budgets, forecasting sales performance, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a Team of Territory Managers: Oversee a team of Territory Managers and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their sales targets.
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Manage Budgets and Forecasting: Manage budgets and forecast sales performance to ensure accurate predictions and informed business decisions.
- Analyze Data: Analyze data to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of five years of foodservice sales experience, with at least two years of supervisory experience.
- Skills: Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and proficient computer skills.
Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is between $90,000 and $140,000 per year, depending on relevant experience and education. Additional benefits include health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance.
