Software Business Development Specialist

J.A. White & Associates, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Software Business Development Specialist to drive business growth and expansion through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying high-value sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service, resolve technical issues, and ensure seamless support throughout the customer lifecycle.
Manage a pipeline of sales leads, accurately forecasting revenue and delivering value to clients throughout their relationship with our company.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Work closely with the support and account management teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries and issues.
Requirements:
A minimum of three to five years of experience in software sales, technical support, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in pre-sale, sales support, and service-related activities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results-driven sales and customer satisfaction.
