Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled and efficient Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Urban League of Portland. As an essential member of our operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage general operations, including voicemail, mail, emails, calendars, equipment, supplies, and IT tasks.
- Provide accounting support, including invoices, receipts, check requests, purchase orders, bills, checks, and staff time allocation sheets.
- Schedule staff meetings, coordinate events, and organize treats for staff.
- Support fundraising and board meetings, and assist with recruitment efforts.
This is a non-exempt, 16 hour/week position, requiring occasional evenings (about once or twice per year). The salary is $20/hour, and we offer flexible scheduling.
