Administrative Services Coordinator

This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of our mailroom and reception area, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency.
Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000-$65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Administrative Services Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Answering and routing phone calls in a professional manner
- Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the mailroom and reception area
- Providing administrative support to all departments as needed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Previous office or administrative experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
