Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with community association management companies, with a focus on acquiring deposit business and cross-selling bank products and services.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies, including attending trade shows, luncheons, events, and participating in volunteer committee or board positions.
- Sales and Account Management: Utilize approved sales tracking systems to manage sales and account relationships, and work with executive leadership to develop sales responses to RFPs and client proposals.
- Client Onboarding: Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure exceptional customer experience and ensure that all necessary documents are executed and in place.
- Training and Development: Participate in corporate and business line training to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Cross-Selling: Partner with the relationship team to cross-sell bank products and services to existing clients.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in the HOA industry, working directly with associations and/or property management companies.
- Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- HOA Sales Experience: Previous experience in HOA sales is highly preferred.
- Sitting and Standing: Role requires sitting or standing in front of a computer monitor for prolonged periods of time in a fixed neck position.
- Computer Use: Constant use of a computer or other office equipment resulting in repeating motions of the hands and wrists.
- Light Work: Light work that may include moving objects up to 20 pounds.
- Travel: Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally as required in the fulfillment of business development and client retention duties.
