Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our award-winning Account Leadership team. The successful candidate will support General Motors' overall mission to modernize their data and marketing technology infrastructure and enable best-in-class marketing strategies to reach target audiences with precision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal groups to deliver client asks on time.
  • Serve as the main client point of contact on assigned projects.
  • Responsible for weekly/monthly project status reports and delivery of timely conference reports.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and other Agency partners.
  • Partner with, organize, and navigate assignments effectively.
  • Initiate, present, and drive to completion value-added projects.
  • Participate in the development of client marketing strategy.
  • Know when to escalate or de-escalate potential problems.
  • Communicate effectively and proactively to clients on issues that can result in a scope change.
Requirements
  • Established track record of successfully coordinating client initiatives.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4-7 years industry experience with digital or CRM background.
  • Proven ability to express self clearly and organize ideas well.
  • Agency experience is a must.
  • Experience in developing and/or collaborating with internal teams on client-facing decks and presenting.
  • Team player with great time management skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Capable of presenting ideas/new opinions with confidence and connecting dots between multiple functions.
  • Ability to think strategically, creatively, and holistically about client opportunities.
  • Passion for doing great work.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and technology.
