About the Role

The Business Development Associate will play a key role in driving the growth of our building enclosure services. This individual will be responsible for maintaining overall production of proposals, developing cost estimates and proposals, and managing client relationships. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify client needs and develop solutions that align with our building enclosure services.
  • Develop cost estimates and proposals that specify the scope of services for each opportunity.
  • Manage the proposal process for the team, including the consolidation and organization of information, creation of strategy and scope, tracking of timelines, and scheduling of workloads.
  • Coordinate and schedule responses to proposals and communicate proposal information and status to the technical team.
  • Lead weekly progress meetings regarding proposals and business development.
  • Manage and maintain ongoing client relationships for the building enclosure service line.
  • Develop specific and detailed background research on target markets, projects, and potential clients.
  • Compose, edit, and produce technical writing for proposals.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, proposals, and conference calls for business development.
  • Participate in client meetings, marketing planning, and presentation planning as required.
  • Manage and maintain compliance with on-call contracts for long-term clients.
  • Develop and pursue new project opportunities in the region.
Requirements
  • PREFERRED Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Five years of relevant experience.
