About the Role:

We are seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team at W-Music Distribution USA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach efforts
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans
• Analyze sales data to optimize sales performance
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field
• Proven ability to think creatively and outside the box
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
