Job Summary: We're looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our meeting and event sales efforts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, build strong relationships with clients, and deliver outstanding customer service. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to meet or exceed client expectations
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or events
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to problems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
