Position Overview

FACE FOUNDRI is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Senior Esthetics Educator to enhance our esteemed educational team. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Curriculum Design and Instruction:
    • Create, refine, and implement engaging curriculum for both foundational and advanced esthetics programs.
    • Conduct interactive lectures, practical demonstrations, and hands-on training sessions.
    • Incorporate diverse teaching strategies and technologies to enrich the educational experience.
  2. Student Engagement and Evaluation:
    • Offer personalized guidance and support to students throughout their learning journey.
    • Evaluate student performance through practical assessments, written evaluations, and assignments.
    • Provide constructive feedback to facilitate skill enhancement and knowledge growth.
  3. Classroom Leadership:
    • Foster a welcoming and inclusive educational atmosphere.
    • Maintain effective classroom management and dynamics.
    • Ensure adherence to all safety and sanitation standards.
  4. Professional Growth:
    • Stay updated with the latest industry advancements, techniques, and regulations.
    • Participate in workshops, seminars, and conferences to further develop professional expertise.
    • Engage in faculty meetings and contribute to program enhancement initiatives.
  5. Administrative Responsibilities:
    • Keep accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic progress.
    • Assist in student recruitment, admissions, and orientation processes.
    • Collaborate with fellow educators and administrative personnel to ensure program effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • A valid Advanced Practice Esthetician license.
    • An instructor license.
    • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the esthetics field, emphasizing advanced skincare techniques.
  • Experience:
    • Prior teaching experience in an esthetics program is highly advantageous.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of advanced esthetics procedures, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser treatments, and skincare analysis.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Proficiency in educational technology and software applications.
Work Environment:
  • This role requires prolonged periods of standing and conducting practical demonstrations.
  • Ability to lift and transport equipment and supplies as necessary.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple campuses based on operational needs.
