Position Overview:

The Senior Manager of Quality Engineering is responsible for enhancing the quality engineering capabilities and deliverables within the organization. This role involves preparing the team for cloud integration and DevOps methodologies while ensuring strict oversight of project outcomes, quality metrics, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Quality Engineering teams in automating systems under test and achieving excellence in Insprint Automation through innovative practices and collaboration with various engineering teams.
  • Act as a strategic technical leader in the design and implementation of testing software for communication applications, system architectures, and testing frameworks that meet organizational objectives.
  • Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring resource allocation aligns with project priorities.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Experience:

  • 8 years of experience in software development and quality assurance, including proficiency in programming languages such as Python, .Net, Java, SQL, and frameworks like Selenium and TestComplete.
  • 5 years of experience in managing and leading teams effectively.
  • 3 years of experience in developing automation frameworks and performance testing for large-scale applications.
