Position: Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with their inquiries and needs. Your ability to build strong relationships through effective communication will be key to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert assistance to customers via phone and in-person interactions.
  • Help clients obtain the necessary parts and solutions to meet their operational needs.
  • Engage with customers to clarify requirements, conduct research, and recommend appropriate products.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets while enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare quotes and process orders efficiently.
  • Deliver post-order support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Physically assess specifications on a diverse range of products.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in an industrial distribution environment.
  • Strong mechanical and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in organization and multitasking.
  • Solid computer skills, particularly in Excel.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience with SAP or ERP systems is preferred.
  • Knowledge of industrial distribution products and hydraulics is a plus.
