About the Role

The Territory Sales Representative role is an exciting opportunity to leverage your exceptional sales skills and entrepreneurial spirit to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our cutting-edge products and services to residential customers within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, homeowners associations, and other stakeholders
  • Provide solutions to customers' needs through consultative sales approaches
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid state driver's license, good driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
  • Ability to qualify for certifications and licenses, as required by state and municipal laws, to sell Home Security
  • Proficient knowledge of and ability to operate a smartphone, iPad, and computer
  • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions and walk 1 or more miles a day
