About the Role:

PrairieFire Coffee Roasters is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Route Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients in Omaha, Nebraska.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery and Sales: Deliver coffee and other PrairieFire Coffee products to customers within an assigned area, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Route Management: Manage and optimize routes to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Sales and Growth: Identify opportunities to grow sales and revenue, working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Inventory Management: Supervise and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate ordering and minimizing waste.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior route sales experience is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift a minimum of 30lbs on a repetitive basis and perform other physically demanding tasks as required.
  • Availability: Must be available to work Monday-Friday, with no nights or weekends.
