About the Role

  • As a Customer Service Liaison, you will be the primary point of contact for a specific group of hospitality customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their complete satisfaction.
  • You will be responsible for communicating with customers, managing inventory, and coordinating services to meet their needs.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with customers, management, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between customers and the company to ensure clear and consistent communication.
  • Monitor products and services provided by the company and used by customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement service programs to enhance customer experience.
  • Reduce unnecessary expenses and find solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Build lasting partnerships with customers based on trust, performance, and budget expectations.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.
