- You will be responsible for communicating with customers, managing inventory, and coordinating services to meet their needs.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with customers, management, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between customers and the company to ensure clear and consistent communication.
- Monitor products and services provided by the company and used by customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement service programs to enhance customer experience.
- Reduce unnecessary expenses and find solutions to improve efficiency.
- Build lasting partnerships with customers based on trust, performance, and budget expectations.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.
