**Job Summary**

At MPI Label Systems, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our customer base, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process all necessary projects, orders, and paperwork to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Maintain direct communication with management, sales, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of customer projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment and customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Extreme attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Print industry or Graphics Arts experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week.
