This position requires a hands-on approach, and the ideal candidate should possess experience in various facets of the courier sector, including driving, customer relations, dispatching, and operational oversight. Our current fleet comprises over 100 contract drivers across the region, and we are looking for someone who can further develop our fleet and support ongoing business expansion.

- Recruitment of drivers

- Collaboration with operations and dispatch teams
- Working with management to refine policies and procedures
The Regional Fleet Operations Supervisor will play an integral role within the management team, necessitating prior supervisory experience and proficiency in communication and technology.
As a 24/7 service provider, this position primarily operates Monday through Friday, with all team members expected to work occasional weekends and be available for remote on-call night shifts. Familiarity with the unique hours associated with the courier industry is advantageous.
