Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a territory plan, negotiating client contracts, and managing a team of recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory plan to drive sales growth and meet quarterly quotas
  • Negotiate client contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Assist, develop, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve sales targets
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and clients, resolving any issues that may arise
  • Maintain and develop relationships with new and potential clients through networking and business development activities
  • Obtain and generate sales leads, set new meetings with potential clients, and effectively sell Medix staffing services

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in inside or outside sales, preferably in a business development or account management role
  • Proven track record of success in previous sales roles, with a strong focus on prospecting and territory planning
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Service-oriented, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
