General Overview
The Strategic Advertising Sales Partner is responsible for identifying and nurturing revenue-generating opportunities while fostering relationships with key accounts across diverse sectors.

This position reports directly to the VP of Advertising Sales and is tasked with driving revenue growth and meeting established targets while laying the groundwork for future business development.

This dynamic, client-facing role demands industry knowledge and a proven track record in leading, developing, and executing innovative partnerships. The ideal candidate will be motivated, collaborative, a team player, and capable of both strategic thinking and creative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
1. Achieve both short-term and long-term sales objectives through new business acquisition, pipeline development, and management of key accounts.

2. Facilitate strategic marketing discussions with clients and agencies to clarify goals and offer insights utilizing our immersive media solutions within our partner ecosystem in the metaverse.

3. Develop and present innovative growth strategies aimed at driving revenue and meeting brand objectives, fostering creativity and engagement.
4. Cultivate existing relationships and establish new connections with clients and media agencies through both in-person and virtual interactions.

5. Engage with a wide range of accounts across various sectors, crafting narratives, playbooks, and compelling sales propositions using both internal and external data.

6. Stay informed on trends in social media, entertainment, and gaming; analyze content and consider its applicability to our partners.

7. Collaborate with the sales account manager to create metrics for evaluating account growth and performance, providing regular reports.

8. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or advertising with a focus on key accounts or partnership management.
Experience in digital media or gaming platforms is advantageous.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including social media, mobile applications, and digital marketing.
Proficiency in structuring, negotiating, and sustaining significant and complex strategic partnerships while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Demonstrated sales success in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
Ability to build professional and effective working relationships across all organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications
Multilingual capabilities are a plus.

At Jazwares, we are committed to offering our employees a comprehensive and competitive benefits package that promotes their well-being and overall satisfaction.

The salary range for this position is $159,000 - $200,000 /Yr. Base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for annual performance incentives may apply. Jazwares operates as a multi-state employer; salary range may not apply to other states.

Our benefits package includes fully company-paid basic medical insurance for employees and their children, basic life and AD&D insurance, a 401(K) retirement plan with Jazwares matching up to 4% of pretax or post-tax contributions, short and long-term disability, and tuition reimbursement.

We offer a flexible work environment, allowing for up to 20 remote workdays each year, along with time off for vacation and sick leave.

Through Jazwares Cares, employees can volunteer for up to 16 hours annually on community service initiatives.
