About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Representative to join our team at 50191 Hub International Insurance Services Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a challenging role and make a significant impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to deliver multi-year strategic plans and drive business growth.
  • Manage projects and coordinate with clients to ensure seamless implementation of employee benefits solutions.
  • Design and analyze annual benchmarking reports to inform strategic decisions and improve client outcomes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional service and support.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients on compliance matters, claims resolution, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and deliver open enrollment presentations, benefits webinars, and other educational materials to clients and employees.
  • Manage new carrier, plan, or vendor implementations, including benefits administration system build-out and project management.
  • Perform contract reviews, prepare SPD Wraps, and facilitate 5500 preparation with clients and CPAs.
  • Assist in the RFP process, including proposal development, online quoting, and marketing of group benefits.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, human resources).
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits, account management, or a related field.
  • Small group experience required.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively before groups.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
