The ideal candidate will be dedicated, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with partners, helping them achieve their goals while embodying our premium service ethos. A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset is essential for building upon an existing portfolio, establishing themselves as the primary contact for clients.
This position involves managing relationships with West Coast US, Canadian, and LATAM travel partners. The successful candidate will represent our brand in calls, meetings, presentations, and industry conferences. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth and development of new partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- 80% of the role focuses on managing key accounts, maximizing current relationships to identify and develop revenue opportunities.
- 20% of your time will be dedicated to identifying and cultivating new business and partnership prospects.
- Expand an existing business portfolio by organizing and attending meetings and presenting our offerings.
- Oversee the lifecycle of accounts to drive engagement and repeat business.
- Utilize Salesforce for managing contacts and tracking leads.
- Collaborate closely with partners, finance, and guest sales teams to ensure high levels of partner and guest satisfaction.
- Experience participating in key travel industry trade shows and organizations.
- Engage in monthly sales meetings, weekly one-on-ones with the Global B2B Manager, and monthly partner sales discussions.
