About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wholesale Sales Representative to join our team at Equiliem. As an Account Associate, you will be responsible for managing our wholesale distribution within various business types, including fashion boutiques, outdoor specialty stores, fitness studios, resorts, spas, golf courses, and gym-athletic clubs in our Southwest Territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage wholesale distribution within the territory, meeting and exceeding seasonal and monthly sales goals.
  • Forecast and plan out future season goals within the territory, using reporting to analyze opportunities by division, region, and account type.
  • Expand distribution by opening new accounts while growing the existing account base.
  • Onboard new customers on our B2B platform, JOOR.
  • Conduct quarterly meetings with a large wholesale customer base, both digitally and in person.
  • Travel within the territory to prospect new stores, check inventory, gain reorders, ensure product is properly merchandised, educate staff on the Beyond Yoga brand, and cultivate relationships with buyers/owners/managers.
  • Attend national and regional tradeshows, conferences, and sales meetings.
  • Help plan and implement retail-marketing plans in the territory.
  • Support strategic account team initiatives, such as product knowledge trainings.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in wholesale sales. You should have a Bachelor's degree and be familiar with the athleisure market, studio community, and Beyond Yoga brand. You should also be fluent in Microsoft Suite, with a good foundation in Excel, and have a strong understanding of retail math. Additionally, you should be able to balance multiple projects and create strong relationships with buyers in the territory.

  • Experience working remotely in the territory (out of a home office).
  • Valid driver's license and car.
