- Ensure prompt processing of vendor payments
- Coordinate the procurement and logistics of equipment
- Manage correspondence through email and postal services
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the team
- Oversee logistics for the onsite office environment
Qualifications:

- Prior experience in human resources and information technology is advantageous
