  • Assist with human resources functions including onboarding, offboarding, and regulatory compliance
  • Oversee customer logistics and manage invoicing processes
  • Ensure prompt processing of vendor payments
  • Coordinate the procurement and logistics of equipment
  • Manage correspondence through email and postal services
  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the team
  • Oversee logistics for the onsite office environment
