Job Overview

The Administrative Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing various programs, projects, and events. This position is responsible for developing and executing administrative systems that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries from clients, participants, and academic partners.
  • Prepare and maintain essential documentation, including records, reports, budgets, and strategic plans.
  • Possibly manage web content and program materials to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support senior leadership by managing complex calendars and organizing meetings of varying sizes.
  • Provide general administrative assistance, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and meeting coordination.
  • Assist with the organization and maintenance of departmental archives.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in common office software.
