Position Overview:

As the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Operations, you will be pivotal in steering our logistics and operational strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the supply chain management, logistics, procurement, and customer service initiatives across diverse e-mobility solutions.
  • Formulate and implement a robust strategy for nurturing and managing vendor and supplier relationships.
  • Enhance operational efficiencies through innovative methods and systems to control inventory and supply.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations and foster collaboration.
  • Oversee the procurement process to uncover strategic sourcing opportunities that enhance cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Identify and implement service improvements and product standardization aligned with customer satisfaction goals.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for vendors and suppliers to assess performance and delivery accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage risks associated with vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate supply chain activities seamlessly.
  • Guarantee that projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of comprehensive experience in supply chain and operations, particularly within global electronics manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in managing supplier relationships, particularly in Asian markets, with a focus on automotive or electric vehicle sectors.
  • Track record of transitioning products from prototype to full-scale production.
  • Experience in building and leading successful operations teams, including logistics planning and customer support.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities with a focus on motivating and organizing cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in strategic thinking and problem-solving, with a history of optimizing supply chain processes.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across departments and with external partners.
