Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of comprehensive experience in supply chain and operations within global electronics manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in managing supplier relationships across Asia; experience in the automotive or electric vehicle sector is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in transitioning products from prototype to full-scale production.
  • Experience in building and leading operations teams, including manufacturing engineering, logistics planning, and customer service.
  • Proven track record in vendor evaluation, relationship management, and performance optimization.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities with a focus on organizing and motivating cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to forge effective relationships with peers, leaders, and key stakeholders globally.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills aimed at optimizing supply chain processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across departments and with external partners.
