THE ROLE

We are in search of a dedicated and compassionate individual to fulfill the role of Front Desk Supervisor.

The Front Desk Supervisor will oversee the ongoing training and education of the administrative team regarding administrative program content and processes.

Your role will involve enhancing the administrative knowledge and expertise of the staff to ensure uniformity and excellence within the administrative department.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Participate in the recruitment and selection process for new administrative personnel.
  • Assist in the formulation and documentation of policies.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, physicians, and internal administrative staff to facilitate educational initiatives.
  • Work in partnership across the organization to ensure effective communication and alignment on administrative training programs.
  • Facilitate the assignment of administrative mentors to new clinical staff for a smooth transition.
  • Support the annual review and revision of all administrative program workflows.
  • Identify and resolve performance challenges both technically and in user behavior.
  • Analyze and streamline departmental operations and procedures to optimize efficiency and physician productivity, maximizing output through effective staff scheduling and proficient use of relevant software applications.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a medical receptionist role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Comfortable managing sensitive patient information and medical records.
  • Able to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Capable of delivering exceptional service to our patients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with NextGen EMR system is advantageous.
