THE ROLE

We are in search of a dedicated and compassionate individual to fulfill the role of Front Desk Supervisor.

The Front Desk Supervisor will oversee the ongoing training and education of the administrative personnel regarding program content and operational processes.

Your role will involve enhancing the administrative knowledge and expertise of the staff to maintain consistency and quality across the administrative department.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Participate in the recruitment and selection process for new administrative personnel.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of policies.
  • Coordinate educational opportunities with external vendors, physicians, and internal staff.
  • Collaborate across the organization to ensure effective communication and alignment in administrative training initiatives.
  • Facilitate the assignment of administrative mentors to new clinical staff for a smooth transition.
  • Assist in the annual review and revision of all administrative workflows.
  • Identify and address performance issues, both technical and behavioral.
  • Analyze and organize departmental operations and procedures to enhance efficiency and physician productivity, optimizing staff scheduling and software utilization.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a medical receptionist role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive patient information and medical records with discretion.
  • Proficient in collaborative teamwork.
  • Capable of delivering exceptional service to patients.
  • Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with NextGen EMR system is advantageous.
