Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Representative to join our team at D and H Distributing Co. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, including revenue, margin, and breadth goals, through effective account management and sales strategies.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute plans to acquire new customers, expand existing accounts, and increase sales revenue.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sales Certifications: Sales and/or technical certifications, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the computer hardware industry and related technologies.
