Account Management Specialist

Job Overview
Act as the primary point of contact and oversee the relationship for designated National and Regional accounts. Collaborate with the Corporate Account Team to establish and nurture effective long-term partnerships while driving revenue growth within assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sustain current business operations and advance Medline and clients' shared strategic objectives as determined by the Corporate Accounts Team.
2. Analyze assigned accounts, promote new business opportunities within existing accounts, and elevate accounts to a higher engagement level.
3. Generate demand for the organization's offerings by engaging with National & Regional accounts.
4. Collaborate closely with the Corporate Account team to support sales targets and initiatives within the assigned accounts.
5. Conduct regular business reviews, status updates, and strategic meetings with clients to comprehend their needs and align them with the organization's product/service strategies.
6. Monitor and disseminate monthly reports and specialized analyses on contracts, programs, and focal areas.
7. Enhance revenue generation per account.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree.
Experience
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proven ability to identify challenges and propose effective strategies for resolution.
- Capability to operate with minimal oversight in a detail-oriented, results-driven environment.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on interpersonal relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Ability to engage with healthcare providers on-site as necessary.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for business purposes (both in-state and out-of-state).
