Key Responsibilities:
As a healthcare recruiter within our locum tenens division, your primary responsibility will be to connect prospective healthcare facilities with physicians, ensuring a perfect match based on their specific requirements. You will:

  • Utilize various marketing resources to establish and nurture long-term professional relationships.
  • Engage in strategic contract negotiations to enhance our gross margin objectives.
  • Play a vital role in improving healthcare access for numerous patients in need of essential services.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in inside sales or phone sales.
  • A strong enthusiasm for business-to-business networking.
  • Effective negotiation skills in a competitive landscape.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive pay structure that reflects the labor market across the U.S. For this position, the annual salary ranges from $50,000 to $235,000, with variations based on location and relevant experience. Incentives:
Sales roles at CHG Healthcare are compensated through a total target compensation (TTC) model, which includes base salary, commission, and bonuses. Non-sales positions have a base salary complemented by various bonus plans.
