Position Summary: The Healthcare Equipment Sales Specialist will oversee the sales operations within the organization. This role involves developing and executing strategies, sales plans, budgets, and forecasts aimed at enhancing business development, while managing both group and individual sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct all facets of the sales division, providing a strategic vision for maximizing sales generation and revenue growth.
  • Lead a skilled sales team to realize this vision, fostering and leveraging both external and internal relationships to boost market share and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Finance department to ensure that the sales plan aligns with budgetary expectations and profit objectives.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through various means including sales leads, research, cold calling, and exceptional customer service.
  • Formulate and implement a sales action plan with clear objectives and strategies aimed at increasing revenue and acquiring new accounts.
  • Expand existing accounts and develop prospective clients to their full potential, generating sustainable revenue.
  • Engage regularly with executives from major and prospective clients.
  • Oversee the preparation and execution of sales and business development plans, forecasts, and strategies.
  • Establish overall objectives and strategies to cultivate high-value relationships within targeted account areas.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of prospective clients' cultures, product offerings, competitive landscapes, financial situations, investment plans, organizational structures, and key decision-makers.
  • Act as a liaison between client companies and operational staff.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.

  • Strong negotiation, project management, and account management skills.
  • Creative, adaptable, and innovative team player.
  • Excellent problem-solving and consultative sales abilities.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Delphi.
  • Demonstrated and assertive sales experience within the hospitality industry.
