**Position Overview**

The Field Service Customer Support Specialist is tasked with delivering exceptional service to our clients by executing field service responsibilities related to service provision and the upkeep of customer accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist Customer Service by diagnosing and resolving customer concerns, including meter malfunctions, water quality challenges, and service-related issues.
  • Conduct meter replacements as instructed to guarantee precise and compliant meter functionality.
  • Perform cross-connection inspections and testing in accordance with state health regulations.
  • Execute 'call before you dig' protocols promptly and accurately.
  • Carry out service inspections and install meters as required.
  • Accurately and efficiently complete assigned meter reading tasks.

Our organization is dedicated to maintaining a safe working environment. This role requires adherence to all safety protocols, including those outlined in the Company Safety Manual, OSHA standards, and other relevant regulations.

**Additional Duties**

Undertake other responsibilities or special projects as needed or assigned.

**Minimum Qualifications**

  • High School Diploma is mandatory.
  • A valid Driver's License is essential.
  • Cross-connection certification is required or the ability to obtain certification within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Willingness to participate in standby rotation.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Intermediate computer skills are necessary.
  • A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience is preferred.
