**Position Overview**

The Field Service Customer Support Specialist is tasked with delivering exceptional service to our clients by executing field service operations related to service provision and the upkeep of customer accounts.

This role supports customer service initiatives by diagnosing and resolving client concerns, including meter discrepancies, water quality challenges, and service-related issues.

Responsibilities include performing meter replacements as needed to guarantee precise and compliant meter functionality.

Conducting cross-connection inspections and tests in accordance with state health regulations is also a key responsibility.

Timely execution of 'call before you dig' procedures is essential.

Additionally, the role involves carrying out service inspections and meter installations.

Accurate and efficient completion of assigned meter reading tasks is expected.

Our organization is dedicated to maintaining a safe working environment. This position entails learning, adhering to, and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols, including those outlined in the Company Safety Manual, OSHA regulations, and other relevant state and federal guidelines.

**Additional Responsibilities**

Other duties or special projects may be assigned as necessary.

**Minimum Qualifications**

  • High School Diploma required
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Cross-connection certification required or the ability to obtain certification within a reasonable timeframe
  • Willingness to participate in standby rotation
  • Strong communication skills are essential
  • Proficient computer skills are preferred
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience

**Work Environment**

This position involves outdoor work and physical demands.
