**Position Overview**

The Field Service Customer Support Specialist is tasked with delivering exceptional service to our clients by executing field service operations linked to service provision and the upkeep of customer accounts.

This role involves assisting Customer Service by diagnosing and resolving customer concerns, including meter discrepancies, water quality challenges, and service-related issues.

Responsibilities include conducting meter replacements as instructed to guarantee precise and compliant meter functionality.

Additionally, the role requires performing cross-connection inspections and tests in accordance with health department regulations.

Timely execution of call-before-you-dig procedures is also a critical responsibility.

Service inspection and meter installation tasks are part of the daily duties.

Accurate and efficient completion of assigned meter reading tasks is essential.

**Essential Qualifications**

- High School Diploma required

- Valid Driver's License required

- Cross-connection certification required or the ability to obtain certification within a reasonable timeframe

- Availability for standby rotation

- Strong communication skills

- Proficient computer skills

- Minimum of 6 months related experience

**Work Environment**

This position involves outdoor work.
